Chapter 1: The Party

Art. 1

Nature:

1. The political party United Natural Altruists, headquartered in to be defined, under the aegis of Article 17 of the Constitution of the Federative Republic of Brazil, and exercising its full rights, grants and defines its management within Brazilian territory through the governance of this same Statute, which qualifies its function, management, and treasury.

• § 1. The party may also be referred to in abbreviated form as "UNA," "UNAltru," or "Altru," as provided and legitimized by Article 15 of Law No. 9096/65.

Art. 2

Ideology:

1. The party commits to providing the gradual development of a pragmatic normative structure ipso facto, both in legislative and executive spheres, for the full exercise of democratic citizenship, aiming for an abso facto improvement in the nature of:

• § 2. Abso facto is understood to mean: that it exists, even if not actively managed.
