• § 1. Collaborate with the Ethics and People Domains to develop, preserve, and improve Hippocratic foundations in public relations; active or imminent;
• § 2. Coordinate legal entities around common interests;
• § 3. Establish and maintain ongoing relationships with external associations, organizations, and entities: private or public; national or transnational;
• § 4. Consolidate party coalitions and associations of common political interest, as provided for in Articles 7, Sole Paragraph and 25.
