• § 1. Manage the party's treasury in all its spheres;
• § 2. Manage the procurement of external resources, in partnership with the Ethics Domain;
• § 3. Receive, adjust, grant, or deny budgets proposed by each Domain for the fiscal period under discussion;
• § 4. Audit, in partnership with the Ethics Domain, at any time, and at least once a year, the use of party assets in accordance with approved and current budgetary regulations, or already expired.
